Grilled Chicken with Black Pepper Marinade
Ingredients
- Chicken, cut into pieces or quarters
Marinade blend
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 1 Knorr chicken stock cube
- 2 tablespoons black pepper powder
- 1 small scoop black pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 100ml water
Additional marinade
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons mixed herbs or dried oregano
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients for the marinade blend together.
Combine the blended mixture with the additional marinade ingredients.
Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for at least one hour or longer.
Preheat the oven or grill to 200 degrees Celsius.
Grill or bake the marinated chicken for one hour until cooked through.
