Ujang Style Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
Crushed mixture
- Bird's eye chili
- One onion
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Shrimp paste (optional)
Other components
- Chicken, cut into small pieces and lightly fried
- Sliced onion
- Sliced bird's eye chili
- Smashed garlic clove
- Oyster sauce
- Long beans, approximately
- Carrot
- Water, a small amount
Preparation
Sauté the crushed ingredients until the oil separates.
Add the sliced onion and smashed garlic.
When wilted, add the chicken and oyster sauce, stir, and add a little water.
Stir until the mixture thickens.
Add the long beans and green chili.
Cook for a short time, then turn off the heat.
