Ujang Style Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

Crushed mixture

  • Bird's eye chili
  • One onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Shrimp paste (optional)

Other components

  • Chicken, cut into small pieces and lightly fried
  • Sliced onion
  • Sliced bird's eye chili
  • Smashed garlic clove
  • Oyster sauce
  • Long beans, approximately
  • Carrot
  • Water, a small amount

Preparation

  1. Sauté the crushed ingredients until the oil separates.

  2. Add the sliced onion and smashed garlic.

  3. When wilted, add the chicken and oyster sauce, stir, and add a little water.

  4. Stir until the mixture thickens.

  5. Add the long beans and green chili.

  6. Cook for a short time, then turn off the heat.
