Simple Malaysian Asam Fish Dish

Ingredients

  • Fish
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sliced red chili
  • Bird's eye chili
  • Tamarind juice

Preparation

  1. Fry the fish until crispy. Lift and drain the oil.

  2. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, red chili, and bird's eye chili.

  3. Cook until wilted, then add the tamarind juice.

  4. If you want more sauce, add water.

  5. Then add the fish back.
