Tamarind Sardine Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 large tin sardines
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- A little ginger
- Salt
- Seasoning powder
- A little tamarind juice
- 1 large onion
- 10 bird's eye chilies
Preparation
Slice the onion and ginger
Heat oil and sauté onion and ginger until golden
Add sardines, tamarind juice, salt, and seasoning
When boiling, add onion and chilies
The sardine dish is ready to serve
