Spicy Indonesian Sardine Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 large can of sardines
  • red chili
  • green chili
  • red onion
  • garlic
  • tomato
  • green onion
  • bay leaf
  • salam leaf
  • water (a little)
  • sweet soy sauce (a little)
  • sugar
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Slice all the spices including red chili, green chili, red onion, garlic, tomato, and green onion

  2. Sauté the sliced spices with bay leaf and salam leaf

  3. Add a little water

  4. Pour in a little sweet soy sauce

  5. Add sugar and salt, then adjust the taste

  6. Remove from heat and serve
