Spicy Indonesian Sardine Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 large can of sardines
- red chili
- green chili
- red onion
- garlic
- tomato
- green onion
- bay leaf
- salam leaf
- water (a little)
- sweet soy sauce (a little)
- sugar
- salt
Preparation
Slice all the spices including red chili, green chili, red onion, garlic, tomato, and green onion
Sauté the sliced spices with bay leaf and salam leaf
Add a little water
Pour in a little sweet soy sauce
Add sugar and salt, then adjust the taste
Remove from heat and serve
