Quick Chicken Pasta Lunch Today

Ingredients

  • chicken breast
  • garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • annatto or saffron

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken breast into cubes and season with garlic, salt, black pepper, and annatto; let marinate for a few minutes

  2. Fry chicken in oil or olive oil until golden, then add onion, garlic, and tomato
