One-Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500g chicken breast
  • 1 packet pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • about 1 liter boiled water
  • 1 packet cream

Optional

  • Tulum or kaşar cheese for topping

Preparation

  1. Sauté the onion in oil until fragrant.

  2. Slice the chicken into thin strips and add it to the pan.

  3. Cook until the chicken softens, then add salt and curry, and stir.

  4. Add the pasta directly without boiling it separately and stir.

  5. Add 4 cups of boiling water and stir occasionally as the pasta cooks.

  6. If needed, add more water depending on the pasta's softness, and check periodically.

  7. Once the pasta has absorbed the water and is cooked, turn off the heat, add cream, and stir.

  8. Serve hot, grate cheese on top, and optionally garnish with fresh mint or parsley.

Tips

  1. This is a one-pot recipe, so no need to boil pasta separately or add extra dishes to your menu.
