Fluffy Tofu Omelette with Veggies and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 4 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Some plant milk
- Spices like black salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder
- Veggies of choice (I used corn and onion)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients except the veggies.
Mix in your veggies.
Fry the omelette on a non-stick pan on both sides.
Serve with greens, guacamole, and homemade sauerkraut to enjoy.
