Gluten-Free Mini Chocolate Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rice flour
  • 1/3 cup ground almonds
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients and then add the liquid ingredients.

  3. Mix until everything is well combined.

  4. Transfer the mixture to donut-shaped molds. If using a silicone mold, no oil is needed. For other molds, use parchment paper or grease them.

  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Tips

  1. You can add a bit more plant-based milk if the mixture seems too dry.

  2. Silicone molds are recommended for their durability and non-toxic properties.
