Gluten-Free Mini Chocolate Donuts
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- 1/3 cup ground almonds
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients and then add the liquid ingredients.
Mix until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to donut-shaped molds. If using a silicone mold, no oil is needed. For other molds, use parchment paper or grease them.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Tips
You can add a bit more plant-based milk if the mixture seems too dry.
Silicone molds are recommended for their durability and non-toxic properties.
