Quick Morning Apple Pudding
Ingredients
- 70 g rice flour
- 60 g buckwheat flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 30 g butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 apple
Preparation
Peel the apple, remove the seeds, and cut it into wedges. If available, add a few drops of lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
In a skillet with a small amount of butter, sauté the apple slices with cinnamon and maple syrup or coconut sugar.
In a bowl, sift the dry ingredients. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar. Add this mixture to the bowl with the flours and add the eggs, then beat well until no lumps remain.
Arrange the sautéed apple slices on top and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. If your oven is powerful, reduce the baking time to 30 minutes and check with a toothpick if the inside is cooked.
