Fluffy Pancakes with Peach

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 85g all-purpose flour
  • 80g Greek yogurt
  • 15g brown sugar
  • 4g baking powder
  • 1/2 peach

Preparation

  1. Prepare the batter by combining all ingredients.

  2. Cut a peach into thin slices and cook them on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add the batter and cover with a lid.

  4. When bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook the other side.

  5. Serve plain or with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
