Fluffy Pancakes with Peach
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 85g all-purpose flour
- 80g Greek yogurt
- 15g brown sugar
- 4g baking powder
- 1/2 peach
Preparation
Prepare the batter by combining all ingredients.
Cut a peach into thin slices and cook them on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add the batter and cover with a lid.
When bubbles appear on the surface, flip and cook the other side.
Serve plain or with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
