Hawaiian-Style Vegan Puff Pastry Snacks

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry
  • Pineapple, cut into small pieces
  • Omnifoods vegan strips
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Encona Thai sweet chilli sauce
  • Sea salt, pinch

Preparation

  1. Pan fry the pineapple and vegan strips together for 2 minutes.

  2. Add a 1:1 mixture of Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup and Encona Thai sweet chilli sauce along with a pinch of sea salt.

  3. Prepare the puff pastry by thawing and rolling it out if necessary.

  4. Add some of the sauce to the pastry.

  5. Place a spoonful of the no pork and pineapple mixture onto the pastry.

  6. Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes.

  1. These puffs are delicious and can be eaten in one bite for a quick snack.
