Hawaiian-Style Vegan Puff Pastry Snacks
Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Pineapple, cut into small pieces
- Omnifoods vegan strips
- Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
- Encona Thai sweet chilli sauce
- Sea salt, pinch
Preparation
Pan fry the pineapple and vegan strips together for 2 minutes.
Add a 1:1 mixture of Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup and Encona Thai sweet chilli sauce along with a pinch of sea salt.
Prepare the puff pastry by thawing and rolling it out if necessary.
Add some of the sauce to the pastry.
Place a spoonful of the no pork and pineapple mixture onto the pastry.
Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes.
Tips
These puffs are delicious and can be eaten in one bite for a quick snack.
