Healthy and Quick Vegetable Couscous

Ingredients

  • Couscous
  • Fresh peas
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil
  • Marjoram
  • 1 garlic clove

Preparation

  1. Boil a little lightly salted water and pour it over the couscous until it covers it, cover with plastic wrap and wait until it is cooked.

  2. Wash and cut the vegetables.

  3. Blanch the fresh peas.

  4. In a pan, add a drizzle of oil and a garlic clove in its skin, then add the vegetables.

  5. Add the herbs, soy sauce, and couscous, then serve.
