Homemade Beef Burger Patty
Ingredients
- 1 kg ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 200 g bread crumbs
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until well combined; do not overmix to avoid changing the meat's color.
After mixing, weigh out 80-100 grams of the mixture per patty as desired, shape into balls and flatten into burger patties.
Continue until all mixture is used up.
The patties are ready to be grilled on a Teflon pan with a little oil for use in burger buns.
Tips
Beef patties can be stored in a sealed container in the freezer for up to one month.
