Homemade Beef and Sausage Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb original Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp each of salt and pepper
  • 1 TBSP each of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl being sure not to overwork or squeeze the meat mixture.

  2. Form meatballs and put on a rack on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

  4. Let cool completely and then freeze them.

Tips

  1. You may get around 55 meatballs depending on size.
