Homemade Beef and Sausage Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb original Jimmy Dean sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp each of salt and pepper
- 1 TBSP each of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl being sure not to overwork or squeeze the meat mixture.
Form meatballs and put on a rack on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Let cool completely and then freeze them.
Tips
You may get around 55 meatballs depending on size.
