Cottage Cheese Base Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 packs cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g wheat flour or alternative
  • 1 flat teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • oregano

Preparation

  1. Sift flour into a bowl

  2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, salt, and baking powder

  3. Season with oregano

  4. Knead ingredients until combined; dough should be firm and not sticky

  5. Line baking tray with paper and spread dough evenly

  6. Bake base for about 10 minutes at 180°C

  7. Add remaining ingredients, spread with sauce, and arrange favorite toppings

  8. Bake for about 15 minutes until base browns
