Cottage Cheese Base Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 packs cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 250g wheat flour or alternative
- 1 flat teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- oregano
Preparation
Sift flour into a bowl
Add cottage cheese, eggs, salt, and baking powder
Season with oregano
Knead ingredients until combined; dough should be firm and not sticky
Line baking tray with paper and spread dough evenly
Bake base for about 10 minutes at 180°C
Add remaining ingredients, spread with sauce, and arrange favorite toppings
Bake for about 15 minutes until base browns
