High Protein Cottage Cheese Bagels
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Seasoning of choice
Preparation
Add cottage cheese to a bowl and blend.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix well until a dough forms; use your hands to knead for a few minutes.
Divide dough into 4 parts.
Shape into bagels.
Rub with egg wash.
Season with choice of seasoning.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 28 minutes.
Tips
This recipe can also be made with Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese.
