Easy Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (I used gluten-free)
  • 1 scoop Truvani Pumpkin Spice Plant Based Protein Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.

  2. Scoop the batter onto a hot and greased pan.

  3. Cook on low-medium heat until the pancakes are done. This makes about 6 pancakes.
