Easy Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (I used gluten-free)
- 1 scoop Truvani Pumpkin Spice Plant Based Protein Powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. milk (I used almond milk)
- 1 egg
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
Scoop the batter onto a hot and greased pan.
Cook on low-medium heat until the pancakes are done. This makes about 6 pancakes.
