Baked Protein Pancake Bowls

Ingredients

  • 50 g unflavored yogurt (or vanilla)
  • 70 ml milk (almond or any milk)
  • 35 g all-purpose flour or 35 g oat flour or 45 g almond flour or 10 g coconut flour
  • 25 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • drizzle of honey (about 1 tsp)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Toppings

  • Fruits of your choice
  • Optional honey or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe bowl.

  3. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20-30 minutes or until set and golden.

  4. Top with fresh fruits and optional honey or maple syrup before serving.
