Homemade Turkish Grilled Meatballs
Ingredients
- 600 grams medium-fat ground meat
- 2 small chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and knead well.
Let the mixture rest for three hours.
Shape the mixture into meatballs.
Cook in a grill pan with a little oil, turning constantly.
