Authentic Turkish Adana Kebab
Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 500g lamb mince
- 2 red peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1.5 tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tablespoons ground red pepper
- Salt
- Tail fat
Preparation
Finely chop the red peppers, onion, and garlic; a food processor can be used if desired.
Squeeze the juice from the chopped vegetables and add it to the ground meat.
Add the red pepper flakes, ground red pepper, and salt to the mixture, then knead thoroughly.
Wet your hands and shape the meat mixture onto skewers.
