Spicy Chicken Tantuni Wrap
Ingredients
- 1.5 kg chicken breast
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red pepper powder
- 1 cup water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cumin
Preparation
Chop the chicken breast into small cubes.
Place olive oil in a pan and add the chopped chicken.
Add salt and cook until the chicken releases its water and it evaporates.
Add the red pepper powder and stir.
Pour in 1 cup of water and stir.
Add black pepper, cumin, and mix well.
Wrap the mixture in lavash bread to serve.

This recipe makes enough for 2 portions; you can halve the ingredients if needed.
