Spicy Chicken Tantuni Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg chicken breast
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red pepper powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin

Preparation

  1. Chop the chicken breast into small cubes.

  2. Place olive oil in a pan and add the chopped chicken.

  3. Add salt and cook until the chicken releases its water and it evaporates.

  4. Add the red pepper powder and stir.

  5. Pour in 1 cup of water and stir.

  6. Add black pepper, cumin, and mix well.

  7. Wrap the mixture in lavash bread to serve.

Notes

  1. This recipe makes enough for 2 portions; you can halve the ingredients if needed.
