Marvelous Three Milks Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Topping
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box heavy cream
- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 fresh coconut, grated (or 1 packet sweetened shredded coconut, moistened)
Preparation
Cake
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form in a mixer, then add egg yolks and mix well
Turn off the mixer and gradually add the sifted flour, then the sugar, baking powder, and salt
Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let the cake cool, then unmold it into a deep glass dish and set aside
Topping and assembly
Blend sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and coconut milk in a blender
Pour the mixture over the cake and refrigerate for 2 hours
Before serving, drizzle with some of the cream that settles at the bottom and sprinkle with grated coconut
