Easy Brazilian Pudding Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

Pudding

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) milk (use condensed milk can for measuring)

Preparation

  1. Beat the margarine with sugar and eggs for 5 minutes

  2. Add the flour, milk, salt, and finally the baking powder, and continue beating

  3. Caramelize a baking pan and pour the cake batter into it

  4. Blend the pudding ingredients in a blender

  5. Pour the pudding mixture on top of the cake batter

  6. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes

  7. Let cool completely, then invert onto a serving plate
