Easy Brazilian Pudding Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup milk
- a pinch of salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (14 oz) milk (use condensed milk can for measuring)
Preparation
Beat the margarine with sugar and eggs for 5 minutes
Add the flour, milk, salt, and finally the baking powder, and continue beating
Caramelize a baking pan and pour the cake batter into it
Blend the pudding ingredients in a blender
Pour the pudding mixture on top of the cake batter
Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 30 minutes
Let cool completely, then invert onto a serving plate
