Easy Moist Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to medium heat
Blend all ingredients except baking powder in a blender starting with the liquids to avoid overloading the motor
Blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous
Stop the blender add the baking powder and pulse to mix without over-blending
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
If desired top with brigadeiro or another chocolate frosting
