Nutella-Stuffed Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 90g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g sugar
  • 15ml honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 10ml water
  • Vanilla extract

Filling

  • Nutella or spread of your choice

Preparation

Filling

  1. Freeze Nutella or your choice of spread on a tray with parchment paper.

Batter mixing

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and water.

  2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Cooking

  1. Cook the pancakes in a pan over medium-low heat.

Tips

  1. You can replace Nutella with another spread of your choice.
