Savory Spinach Waffles with Salmon and Avocado
Ingredients
Dough
- 200 g whole wheat flour
- 300 ml milk
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Topping
- 1 avocado
- 100 g salmon
- Cream cheese
Preparation
Blend all dough ingredients in a mixer to a fine batter.
Bake waffles in a waffle iron and spread with cream cheese.
Top with salmon and avocado.
