Savory Spinach Waffles with Salmon and Avocado

Ingredients

Dough

  • 200 g whole wheat flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 100 g fresh spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Topping

  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g salmon
  • Cream cheese

Preparation

  1. Blend all dough ingredients in a mixer to a fine batter.

  2. Bake waffles in a waffle iron and spread with cream cheese.

  3. Top with salmon and avocado.
