Simple Vegan Baked Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 flax egg
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Frosting

  • bluemajik
  • icing powder
  • butter
  • almond milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine all wet ingredients in a pot and warm slightly to melt the butter.

  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Pour the batter into a donut mold and bake for 10 minutes.

  5. Mix the frosting ingredients together until smooth.
