Simple Vegan Baked Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch of salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 flax egg
- 4 tablespoons butter
Frosting
- bluemajik
- icing powder
- butter
- almond milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all wet ingredients in a pot and warm slightly to melt the butter.
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour the batter into a donut mold and bake for 10 minutes.
Mix the frosting ingredients together until smooth.
