Vegan Banana Bread Donuts
Ingredients
- 3 bananas mashed
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Icing
- 3/4 cup enjoy life chocolate chunks
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Sprinkles
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mash the bananas and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Grease the donut pan with cooking spray.
Fill each donut mold three-quarters of the way full.
Bake for 13 minutes.
Let the donuts cool, and meanwhile melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.
Dip each donut in the melted chocolate and top with sprinkles.
Tips
Consider using a ziplock bag with a hole in the corner to fill the donut molds.
