Sweet Potato Hummus
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice ?
- 1 tsp salt ?
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- water to blend (adjust to desired consistency)
- Optional: 1/3 cup cashews
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
Preparation
Simply blend all of the ingredients together until totally smooth, adding water as needed and adjusting any other spices to your taste
Suggested serving option: on top of half a roasted potato with avocado, corn, tomato, sesame seeds and some greens
