Sweet Potato Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice ?
  • 1 tsp salt ?
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • water to blend (adjust to desired consistency)
  • Optional: 1/3 cup cashews
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Simply blend all of the ingredients together until totally smooth, adding water as needed and adjusting any other spices to your taste

  2. Suggested serving option: on top of half a roasted potato with avocado, corn, tomato, sesame seeds and some greens
