Thai-Style Fried Maggi Noodles
Ingredients
Pounded
- 3 red onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 5 bird's eye chilies
Sliced
- 5 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 bunches chives (optional)
- 3 coriander leaves
Additional
- 1 packet Maggi noodles (boiled)
- 1 chicken egg
- 1/2 anchovy stock cube
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Shrimp or squid
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Maggi seasoning
Preparation
Heat the wok and add cooking oil
Add the egg and stir briefly, then remove and set aside
Add the pounded ingredients and stir
Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, kaffir lime leaves, anchovy stock cube, and shrimp or squid
Stir well and add lime juice
Add the boiled Maggi noodles and stir well
Sprinkle Maggi seasoning, chives, and the fried egg
Stir well and let it sit for a moment
Add coriander leaves and chili flakes
It's ready
