Unreal Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar (I like brown)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup non dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/2 cup dairy free choc or choc chips
Preparation
Mix together 1 cup all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons sugar (I like brown), 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt
In a separate mixing bowl mix 1 cup non dairy milk, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of vanilla
Add wet to dry and whisk until smooth
If you want, add 1/2 cup dairy free choc or choc chips if you want
Rest the batter for about 10 minutes for it to be super thicc ? spoon about 1/4 cup onto a medium warm nonstick pan
Flip over when they’re bubbly
Top with whatever you have left in your cupboard
