Pink Mini Pancakes with Beauty Blend
Ingredients
- 250 g all purpose flour
- 10 g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp unrefined cane sugar
- 2 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Beauty blend
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300 ml plant-based milk
Preparation
In a large bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and Beauty blend. Whisk well.
Next add in the milk and vanilla extract and whisk until the batter is smooth.
Heat up a nonstick pan and start forming tiny pancakes with the help of a spoon (they should have about 1.5 - 2 cm diameter).
The pancakes only take a few seconds to cook on each side so, keep an eye on them.
Serve warm.
