Pink Mini Pancakes with Beauty Blend

Ingredients

  • 250 g all purpose flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp unrefined cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods Beauty blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 300 ml plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl add flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and Beauty blend. Whisk well.

  2. Next add in the milk and vanilla extract and whisk until the batter is smooth.

  3. Heat up a nonstick pan and start forming tiny pancakes with the help of a spoon (they should have about 1.5 - 2 cm diameter).

  4. The pancakes only take a few seconds to cook on each side so, keep an eye on them.

  5. Serve warm.
