Vegetarian One-Pot Taco Pasta
Ingredients

- onion
- green pepper
- corn
- black beans
- tomato sauce
- taco seasoning
- dairy-free or cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
In a large pot, sauté onion and green pepper until softened.
Add corn, black beans, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning; stir to combine.
