Avocado and Egg Topped Sourdough Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of sourdough bread
  • ghee
  • tomatoes with basil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning

Preparation

  1. Note: Sourdough bread is easier to digest but not gluten-free, as mentioned.

  2. Slather the sourdough bread with ghee and top it with tomatoes and basil.

  3. Fry the egg in ghee until cooked to your preference.

  4. Mash or slice the 1/2 avocado and season it with Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning.

  5. Assemble the components on the bread or serve them together as desired.
