Fried Eggs with Avocado and Sourdough Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Ghee
  • Smoked paprika
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

Preparation

  1. Fry 2 eggs in ghee.

  2. Top the eggs with smoked paprika.

  3. Toast 1 slice of sourdough bread.

  4. Spread ghee on the toast.

  5. Add everything but the bagel seasoning to the eggs or toast.

  6. Slice 1/2 avocado and serve alongside or on top of the dish.

  7. Note: Adding smoked paprika enhances the flavor for the best taste.
