Avocado and Egg Breakfast Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 eggs
- Ghee
- Kale
- Bacon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450°F
Bake bacon at 450°F for 12-15 minutes
Fry 2 eggs in ghee
Sauté kale in a pan
Toast 2 slices of sourdough bread
Mash 1/2 avocado
Assemble by topping toasted bread with mashed avocado, fried eggs, sautéed kale, and baked bacon
