Avocado and Egg Breakfast Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Ghee
  • Kale
  • Bacon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F

  2. Bake bacon at 450°F for 12-15 minutes

  3. Fry 2 eggs in ghee

  4. Sauté kale in a pan

  5. Toast 2 slices of sourdough bread

  6. Mash 1/2 avocado

  7. Assemble by topping toasted bread with mashed avocado, fried eggs, sautéed kale, and baked bacon
