Savory Breakfast Quesadilla with Eggs Bacon and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ghee (from Fourth and Heart)
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 cassava flour tortilla (from Siete Foods)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • salsa

Preparation

  1. Scramble 2 eggs in ghee.

  2. Cook the cassava flour tortilla in ghee until crispy.

  3. Assemble the quesadilla by adding scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado, and salsa on top.

  4. It takes about 5 minutes to make and use Siete Foods tortilla for best crispiness.
