Vegan Vanilla Chai Pancakes
Ingredients
- * 1 small banana, mashed * 1 1/4 cups vanilla soya milk (can use regular soy)
- * 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- * 1 tsp vanilla extract
- * 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- * 2 tsp baking powder
- * 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- * 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- * 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- * 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- * generous pinch cardamom
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended and heat coconut oil or olive oil in a saucepan over a medium to high heat
Spoon the mixture into the pan to make 2-3 pancakes at a time
When they start to form bubbles, flip them to cook the other side and place on a plate
Continue until you’ve used all the mixture and serve with your favourite toppings! ENJOY
