Air-Fried Caprese Loaded Potatoes
Ingredients
- Yellow potatoes
- Parmesan cheese
- Pesto
- Fresh mozzarella
- Cherry tomatoes
- Balsamic glaze
- Oil
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh basil
Preparation
Cut the potatoes and boil them in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Add a little oil and spices such as garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; toss to coat. Then add a lot of parmesan and toss again until coated.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Add pesto, slices of fresh mozzarella, and slices of cherry tomatoes, then air fry again for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with extra parmesan, fresh basil, and black pepper.
