Asian Kale Salad with Pomegranate and Dressing
Ingredients
- 5 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cabbage with carrots
- Pomegranate seeds
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Dressing
- 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons agave or honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Massage the kale with the dressing.
Toss with cabbage and pomegranate seeds.
Serve immediately.
