Asian Kale Salad with Pomegranate and Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage with carrots
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Dressing

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons agave or honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Massage the kale with the dressing.

  2. Toss with cabbage and pomegranate seeds.

  3. Serve immediately.
