Baked Sweet Potatoes with Avocado Chili and Parsley
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 avocados
- Small slices of chili
- Half a lime or lemon
- Sesame, salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the sweet potatoes, place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Add avocado, soy yogurt, and drizzle with chili, sesame, parsley, salt and pepper.
