Cajun Crispy Breaded Chickpeas
Ingredients
- chickpeas (quantity not specified)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or any oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread the chickpeas out on a baking sheet and roast them dry for 30 minutes, shaking them occasionally.
Mix together the almond flour and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
Remove from oven and place in a bowl.
Toss with olive oil.
Add the almond flour mixture and coat the beans.
Spread the beans out on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes until crisp on the outside.
