Cheesy Cauliflower Chickpea Pasta Waffle
Ingredients
- Box of Banza pasta
- Medium head cauliflower
- 2 cups Daiya vegan cheddar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Boil the noodles per box directions.
While they are boiling, put the head of cauliflower into a food processor by breaking it into small florets.
Process until it's broken down.
Mix the spices with the cauliflower then mix in the cheese.
Drain the noodles and rinse them to cool them off.
Mix in with the rest without further processing.
Spray some oil on the top and bottom of the waffle maker.
Spoon about 2 cups of mix into the center to make a mound.
Press the waffle maker together and cook for about 8 minutes.
Remove and place on wire rack.
It'll firm up more as it cools for a couple minutes.
