Cozy Sourdough Toast with Fall Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • almond milk yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • peanut butter
  • honey
  • almonds
  • cacao nibs
  • coconut shreds
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown.

  2. Caramelize the banana by cooking it in a pan with a little butter and sugar until golden.

  3. Spread almond milk yogurt on the toasted bread.

  4. Place the caramelized banana on top of the yogurt.

  5. Drizzle peanut butter and honey over the toast.
