Easy Homemade Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons starch
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. In a pot, combine water and starch, and stir with a hand whisk until the starch dissolves. Place the pot on medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens.

  2. In a food processor, add the starch mixture, then include garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until homogeneous. Add the vegetable oil and blend until smooth and thick.

  3. Pour the garlic sauce into a glass jar, close it tightly, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
