Vegan Cashew Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation
Soak cashews in water for 4 hours then drain
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
