Kicking Off Super Bowl

Ingredients

  • • you can use any bread (about 4 slices - cut an inch thick)
  • • 2 cage free eggs (if vegan sub 2 flax eggs = 2 tbsp flaxseed meal + 6 tbsp water placed in fridge for 10 min until thick)
  • • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • • almond milk
  • • coconut sugar
  • • cinnamon
  • • pure maple syrup
  • • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Slice your bread and dip into egg/flaxseed/milk mixture - place in pan over medium heat on stove top

  2. Once cooked through roll each stick in the coconut sugar/cinnamon mixture

  3. Serve with maple syrup and almond butter or whatever you like
