Kicking Off Super Bowl
Ingredients
- • you can use any bread (about 4 slices - cut an inch thick)
- • 2 cage free eggs (if vegan sub 2 flax eggs = 2 tbsp flaxseed meal + 6 tbsp water placed in fridge for 10 min until thick)
- • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- • almond milk
- • coconut sugar
- • cinnamon
- • pure maple syrup
- • almond butter
Preparation
Slice your bread and dip into egg/flaxseed/milk mixture - place in pan over medium heat on stove top
Once cooked through roll each stick in the coconut sugar/cinnamon mixture
Serve with maple syrup and almond butter or whatever you like
