Prosciutto and Cheese Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients
- 4-8 jalapeños
- Goat cheese
- 1 pack of prosciutto
Preparation
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise.
Remove the seeds using a spoon.
Stuff with goat cheese.
Wrap with prosciutto.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 9 minutes or bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.
Tips
Jalapeños lose a lot of their heat when seeds are removed and when baked or fried, resulting in only a mild kick that can vary by batch.
