Prosciutto and Cheese Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

  • 4-8 jalapeños
  • Goat cheese
  • 1 pack of prosciutto

Preparation

  1. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise.

  2. Remove the seeds using a spoon.

  3. Stuff with goat cheese.

  4. Wrap with prosciutto.

  5. Air fry at 400 degrees for 9 minutes or bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.

Tips

  1. Jalapeños lose a lot of their heat when seeds are removed and when baked or fried, resulting in only a mild kick that can vary by batch.
