Quick and Easy Candied Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Pecan Halves
  • 1 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Preparation

  1. Add the pecans to a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the coconut sugar, coconut oil, and sea salt, then heat on medium and stir for 3 to 4 minutes.

  3. Add the pecans to the saucepan and mix well.

  4. Spread the mixture back out on the baking sheet to let it cool.

Tips

  1. Add the candied pecans to desserts or enjoy them by themselves.
